  • Know essential points to setting up a booth
  • Know the Dos and Don’ts behaviors during the show
  • Acknowledge visitors and welcome them to the booth
  • Engage potential customers and work toward a sale
  • Wrap up the trade show and customer leads

 

 

Public Speaking:

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to: 

  • Identify their audience
  • Create a basic outline
  • Organize their ideas
  • Flesh out their presentation
  • Find the right words
  • Prepare all the details
  • Overcome nervousness
  • Deliver a polished, professional speech
  • Handle questions and comments effectively

 

 

Overcoming Sales Objections:

By the end of this workshop, participants should be able to:

  • Understand the factors that contribute to customer objections.
  • Define different objections.
  • Recognize different strategies to overcome objections.
  • Identify the real objections.
  • Find points of interest.
  • Learn how to deflate objections and close the sale.
